Creative Project 006: Illustrate a Book Cover

Dive into those summer reading vibes and illustrate your own book cover with me!

Welcome to July's Creative Project! This is the 6th project so far, and I kind of can't believe we've been doing them for 6 months already. I've been having a blast putting them together and doing them along with you each month, hopefully you've been enjoying them too!

If you aren't already a paid subscriber you can get access to this month's project (as well as the previous 5!) by upgrading your subscription. Each month I come up with a low-stress, creative project to get you inspired and making art with as little resistance as possible!

This Month's Project:

For July's project we're going to tap into those Summer Reading vibes and illustrate our own book cover.

To help with your project I've created the following resources which paid subscribers can see below:

  • Procreate/PSD book cover template

  • Mood board

  • A list of public domain books that you can use for your project

  • A list of fake book summaries, titles, and authors (created by me)

  • A suggested weekly schedule to help you break the project down into bite sized pieces
