Welcome to your creative project for April!
I’m testing out an audio intro this month, I think it’s nice sometimes to just be able to put on the audio and not have to look at screens for a bit so I thought I’d give a try!
I’d love your thoughts on audio vs video. Do you prefer one or the other? Do you like a mix? Let me know in the comments!
Before we dive into this month’s project here is your friendly reminder not to stress if you haven’t finished last month’s project yet. Just leave off where you are and come back to it when you have the time if you like, these projects are for you to enjoy not stress over! Deal?
Okay, great! Let’s get to it.
This month’s project is…
I don’t know about you, but I have been so ready for Spring! This winter was cold and dreary…we even got snow multiple times which is rare here.
Now that warmer weather is here, I have been soaking it up (even dealing with all that pollen, like a truly insane amount of visible pollen) because it means I can finally sit outside and draw or read.
I feel extra appreciative of Spring’s arrival this year (maybe it was all that snow?) so I wanted to use that feeling of appreciation for our project this month. Let’s make some art that’s inspired by new growth, joy, and being outdoors!
Continue reading or listen to the audio above to get all the details and make sure to grab your color palette below! I’ve included a file for Procreate as well as the image so Procreate users can easily import the swatches.
